Nooked vs Spoak
Both let you save real products from any shop. Spoak is built around designing: styled room mock-ups, mood boards and a community that gives feedback. Nooked is built around fitting: whether a piece fits your room at its real size, with space left around it.
Choose Nooked when
- You have a specific piece in mind and the question is whether it fits.
- You want each gap checked and flagged: walkways, the coffee table, dining chairs, door swing.
- You are deciding between pieces from different shops and want price, size and fit side by side.
- You are furnishing a home with someone else and want to plan it together.
- You want help with colors: palettes built from a piece you love or already own.
- You want to start straight away in the browser, without signing up.
Choose Spoak when
- You enjoy the design itself and want polished room mock-ups to share.
- You want feedback and ideas from a community of people who love interiors.
- You want to practice and develop your own style across many projects.
- Budget tracking alongside the design matters to you.

The Main Difference
Spoak is a design studio and a community. It suits people who enjoy the making: trying combinations, styling a room, sharing it and hearing what others think.
Nooked is narrower and more practical. It is made for the evening before you order, when the sofa is in your basket and you want to know it will not crowd the coffee table or block a door.
Worth Knowing About Spoak
The free guest pass lets you try each design mode once. To keep designing you need the Studio membership, at $7 a month (20% less if you pay yearly). Mock-ups made from product photos can look convincing, but they do not tell you whether there is room to walk past the sofa. That part is still up to you and a tape measure.
Common questions
- Is Nooked a Spoak alternative?
- For checking fit, yes. If what you want is styled mock-ups and feedback from a design community, Spoak is built for that and Nooked is not.
- Can both tools save products from any website?
- Yes. Spoak has a Chrome extension for saving products from any site. Nooked reads products from any shop link you paste, or from its own Chrome extension, and takes the size from the page.
- Does Nooked have a community like Spoak?
- No. Nooked is a tool for your own rooms. You can share a room by link, but there is no public community or feedback feed.
