Questions
Is it a subscription?
No. Each pass is a single payment. It never renews and nothing is charged again, so there is nothing to cancel.
What counts toward the 5 free pieces?
Each different shop page you add, with the Chrome extension or by pasting its link. Pieces you type in yourself or pick from the catalog never count, and neither does adding the same page again.
What happens when a pass ends?
You keep every home you made and everyone you already invited. You can't start new homes or invite new people, and adding pieces from shop pages goes back to the free allowance until you buy another pass.
What if I buy a pass while one is still running?
The new time is added after the current pass, so you never lose days.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe, through its Link service, is the seller. It takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles VAT or sales tax. Nooked never sees your card number.
Can I change my mind?
In the EU and UK you can withdraw within 14 days of buying. Plus starts right away, so you pay a proportionate amount for the days you used it. The receipt explains how, or email hello@nooked.design.
